[ Well... he just kind of gestures to himself in general, still having bandages from CYOA and all. It's not bad enough to be debilitating in any way as everyone recently saw but he's still got them, and then of course, the extra on his right hand. ]
I was wondering if you wouldn't mind. And I was also curious what spirit healing is like.
[ giving him a glance over to see how bad off he is, but he isn't hesitating - actually he gets up and gestures to the bench where he was sitting so marcoh can sit instead. ]
Sit. It won't take very long. I'm much faster than a band-aid.
[ already his fingertips are starting to glow with a bright teal energy, similar to the color justice glows. ]
[ Sits like a good patient... it's just acid and fire burns in strange patterns all over him here and there, a graze mark type shallow wound on his shoulder, and deep cuts in his right hand.
There's no sense of uncertainty or doubt at the colour, just some vague curiosity and an acknowledgment that it is indeed the same colour as Justice. ]
[ Bro when Anders said underground he did think it meant like a underpaths, sewer office type of deal but this is some underground cathedral re: AINI shit. So spacious and with high ceilings! Some of the vibes aren't too unfamiliar to Marcoh though. Hearing the ocean is new, but that's kind of nice.
He does sit up a bit straighter when he feels this, though he isn't a COMPLETE stranger to the magical, especially divine, by now, though it is his first time getting magical healing that isn't a Sn**py Band-Aid. ]
Well I trust you.
[ That much is true and simple as he watches the process. Whoaaa. ]
anyway he’ll keep going, the result is cleaner on fresher wounds, but the burns will heal over and stop hurting, leaving faded marks instead of deep scars. you can choose how much scarring he keeps or doesn’t, but it probably leaves some marks. any lingering pain is long gone, though and nothing is stiff if he tests it. ]
[ He. Tries to think of an actual example of that but he comes up blank. Don't ask him for the details it just somehow makes sense, in the sentiments way. ]
[ going to sit down next to him again, letting the glow fade out entirely.
he knows miracle means something different to marcoh, but he can pick up context. ]
Back home, it is the reason I was imprisoned. But I did much more good when I was free and able to heal the poor and the sick than I ever did locked in that tower. Surely it is what Andraste would want of us.

his eyes start to glow too, and his hands are covered in that energy instead of just the fingertips - he'll start with the hand since it's the worst of the open wounds. it's very quick, at least for this level of injury, stitching flesh to flesh and sealing it, it will look like the injury is healing in superspeed. it feels like he's getting something vital pumped into his system, some sort of life force that travels along the veins. it's probably very unsettling if he's not used to magical healing. ]
Most people do not trust it, the first time. It isn't exactly common for people who aren't nobility to experience magical healing.

Better?

Marcoh turns a shoulder and looks at his hand, flexing it open and closed. Criss-cross scars there, but it doesn't hurt.
He nods. ]
It is. That was impressive, Anders.

I can prevent scars if I begin healing immediately, but if it progresses, then sometimes I cannot get rid of them.
[ he has his own scars, the ones across his back and feet. ]

Most back home would consider this miracle work.

They're stupid if they think this hurts more than it helps.

[ it really is the crux of it. people are scared, becuase they are told to be scared. ]
... I can only hope what I did will change things for the better, in the end. I will not be there to see it.

[ Where he's treated right. At the very least like a person. ]
If that's what her world can give you then I think it's a good idea.
